tax return and ch 7
Can my tax return be intercepted by the court if I file a Ch7? If so would it help to file after the discharge date?

Re: tax return and ch 7
Any pending tax refund becomes property of the estate upon filing for bankrutpcy, provided the government is not seizing it for some other debt. In many cases we can exempt this amount and allow you to keep it, if it isn't not too much, and you haven't used up your exemptions.
