if I am an 50% owner in a business and my partner put up the money and I put up every bit of time I had what am I entitled to if he wants me to sign over my half of the company to him

Well, if you have valid documentary evidence showing you as
an owner of 50% of this business, then half, i.e., 50% of its total fair market value would seem reasonable.
