Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

On 6/10/2010 I received an e-mail informing me that my domains have been suspended. After contacting: [email protected] I've been told that they blocked the access to the domain control panel because I violated Section 4 of their "legal terms": http://www.godaddy.com/Legal-Agreements.aspx?ci=20802

All the domains were registered at http://www.cheap-domainregistration.com/ and the legal terms I accepted at the time of registration were located at: https://www.securepaynet.net/Agreements/ShowDoc.aspx?isc=wwbb42&prog_id=domains&pageid=REG_SA

I do not know the relation in between those two companies, but Go Daddy had no legal right to disable the access to my domains invoking legal terms that I had no knowledge of.

Changes in Legal terms are normal but I expect to be informed of and allowed to make my own decision.

Please let me know if you can help.

Thank you

Alex

So, what's "Mr. Go-Daddy's" explanation as to his relationship with the

company with which your domains are registered (which presumably gave him the idea that he could block access to your domains)? And, if you don't

know the answer by now, you had best first attempt to find out before you proceed any further with this matter (in my opinion).
