Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
If I am accused of breach of contract is the plaintiff required to give me his full argument and evidence?
If he does not am I allowed to ask the court to compel him to and ask for a new date after I get receipt of materials so I have time to prepare a defense?

If you are in VA circuit court, basically yes. In general district court, there is no discovery, but you can get a bill of particulars requiring the plaintiff to state the basis for its claim.
