This type of delivery sevice would certainly require that the purchaser of the alcoholic beverages and the person(s) to whom the beverages were being delivered were both verifiable by the seller/deliverer as legally elgible to both purchase as well as to receive this type of delivery, which could considerably complicate matters for this type of business.(And legal eligibity could involve more than merely being age 21 or over.)

I doubt that there would be any problem legally involved with merely transporting the alcoholic goods but the above referenced legal requirements in my view could very well make such a business venture as simply unfeasible, given these circumstances.
