Annual Report for LLC
I was wondering if it was required to file an annual report in virginia for my single member LLC? I am just getting started. I have heard two conflicting views. Can someone please help me to clear this up. I want to make sure I am doing things properly.

A Va. LLC only pays the State Corporation Commission an annual fee. It doesn't file an annual report with the Commission like a corporation does.
