Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
If someone asks me to teach them golf, can I legally go to a public facility, buy range balls, teach them and accept payment? Or can the pro at this public facility say" only I can teach here"?

Would appear to depend upon the local and/or state rules promulgated for the use of this public course. (And, if none such exist, then it's probably Ok.)
