Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Auto Repair Trouble
I took my car into the dealership to get body repairs done after an accident about six weeks ago. Throughout this six weeks I have had the run around about various other things that have gone wrong which requires more time, etc. They have also failed to contact my insurance company to report the need for a reassessment of damages despite claiming to have done so. I do not know if there is anything I can do about this other than to report them to the BBB but I figured I might as well ask. Thanks in advance.

Re: Auto Repair Trouble
You could certainly followup with your insurance carrier regarding the apparent need for a reassessment of your damage claims.
