automotive repair shop
what are the laws with renting out repair space hourly to the general public. is it legal and what are the liabilities involved

I know of no laws in the Commonwealth which specifically relate to this particular issue, and except for possible zoning law violations, cannot think of any reason as to why this arrangement might be considered unlawful.
Considerations, however, as to what liabilities that the lessor or lessee of such space might incur would require many more specific facts in order to make any determination on this particular issue.
