Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
broken contract
I had a contract with a construction contractor, in which I (subcontractor/plumber) was required to supervise and develop the plumbing system for a house. I on my part have completely fulfilled the terms of this contract, but the contractor has failed to pay me. Now the contract had expired. What steps should I take to ensure that I am rightfully payed for my services?

Re: broken contract
You can sue the general contractor; you may also be able to file a mechanics lien against the property owner.
