Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Business Contract
My husband and I jointly own a auto repair and maintenance shop. Our business is Incorporated and the contract that was executed with our Landlord is void of my signature. Is this still a legal and binding contract even though I did not sign it, and my husband and I are both owners of the business?

Re: Business Contract
Yeah, I'd say so, as long as you and your husband(and the landlord)are of one mind about the matter.
