Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Can I take an business to court if they sold an item to me and when it didnt work out i went to return with in the time allowed and was then told they do not sell the item i was given in the store?? After speaking with the District Manager, i was told they would switch the item out for the one i was suppose to have but will not be able to return it. So i will be out of over 1000 and and with an item i cant use.

So, sue 'em in your local small claims court for breach of contract.
