Business not responing
Ordered shutters for my home, gave a $1000 deposit, said it would be 4 weeks, now 10 weeks made a promise to be here today to install, not here, no repsonse to voice mail, e mail etc What legal reccourse do I have

Re: Business not responing
Send written notice demanding full refund by date certain and canceling your purchase order (keeping a copy for your records). Then, if not complied with within the required time frame, file your case in small claims court for your damages.
