Re: Can I cancel Contact, If I don'nt like new Company.

The general rule under VA law is that an otherwise valid contract is enforceable even if it is assigned to another company, as long as the contract itself does not prohibit assignability to third parties. The answer under VA law will depend on analysis of the contract language and full development of the facts and circumstances surrounding the contract.
