Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
car loan contract
I purchased a vehicle and an extended warranty on the vehicle was included in the contract. It turns out that the warranty was worthless meaning I was paying for a warranty that did not exist. Does this void the entire contract?

Re: car loan contract
Probably not, meaning that that part of the contract which may be legally void or voidable and, therefore, excisable or recissable as a valid part of the contract, would not prevent the rest of the instrument from being fully enforceable.
