Case against BB&T and Bank of America
After 7 years, of trying to get this case into Court.
Judge failed to respont to prelaminer hearing for (1) year and my Lawyer has drug his feet for the last 4 years . Lost my Business, home and my car and ruined my good credit What can I do to get the this case Moving moving- I just want to get this case in front of a Jury. The Banks stole $134,000 in my deposits and I have all the paper work and can prove that both Banks stole money. Help Please.

It may be that the banks have been using their cadre of attorneys and, apparently, quite sucessfully, in staving off this case ever coming to trial.
