Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
I am a cat breeder with a contract and it stated in my contract not to declaw the cat, which is signed and dated by the new kitten buyer and myself. Is it considered a breach of contract as it states in my contract with a $2,000.00 penalty and how can I enforce it?

As a Franchise Attorney familiar with contracts, I can say this. It's not possible to answer your question without examining the wording and all provisions of the contract. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
