Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
I am not a certified hair stylist. If I get an online certification for a technique for hair replacement and the certification includes a hair cutting concepts and I don't represent myself as a hairstylist, may I still do business?

No, I doubt that this "online certification" would be of little value in protecting you from a charge of having
violated Virginia law:if you actually engaged in hair cutting concepts which amounted to hairstylist activities which required that you be officially certified as a professional hairstylist under this law governing professional occupations in the Commonwealth.
