Changing from a corperation to LLC
I started a single owner corperation in may 2006, Would like to know how to change it over to a LLC. I'm in the state of VA.

Look for the secretary of state's web site. There should be some forms that you can fill out and send it.

A corporation may be converted into a different entity (LLC). The website of the State Corporation Commission has further information on this. Also, it may be useful to speak with an attorney regarding any such change.
