Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
closing an LLC
I am closing my store, which is an LLC, and would like to know if it would be okay for me to pay off a credit card that is in my husbands name that I used exclusively for business expenses? The shop has been making the payments since the first charge was made. I would like to pay this before the rest of the shops debts.

Who's to tell you otherwise? (Surely not your husband.)
