Commercial Transaction Agreement to purchase goods
If two companies agree that one company would purchases goods from the other but add a clause stating that there is no required minimum that they have to purchase and the company decides not to purchase anything at all because they decide it's unprofitable. Does the company who holds the goods have a right to sue the company who agreed to purchase despite the added clause? What arguments do both party's have? What are the legal issues here?

Re: Commercial Transaction Agreement to purchase goods
Whether they are obligated to purchase anything will depend upon the particular language of the agreement. An adequate response to your question would require actually seeing the contract, and obtaining more facts.
