Is there a standard contract I can use to sell my company's common stock to investors?

You really want an attorney for this. There are several levels of security law. Find a local attorney that practices security law to keep yourself out of trouble.

In light of the serious consequences--for the corporation--that would result if this is improperly drafted I would strongly advise that you contact an attorney and not use a possibly inappropriate form.
