Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Compensation for employee directors on the company board
Are employee members of the board of directors entitled to the same financial compensation, as those members of the board who do not recieve any money from the company - other than stock dividends which are issued to all stockholders? Is there a law covering this issue which varies from state to state?

Re: Compensation for employee directors on the company board
There is no fixed rule. Each corporation can handle director compensation as it sees fit.
