Compensation time
A lady in our office said that the IRS regualtions are that if you work overtime and your office does not pay overtime but gives compensation time (comp time). That you are required to take that time in the week that you worked it. Is that true?

IRS has no such rules as these matters would be governed by the U.S. Department of Labor rather than the IRS.
