Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Our condo board fired our property manager without any notice to condo owners. Don't they have to hold meeting of owners for us to vote on such an action? They sent email after the fact to tell us they fired her and have hired an outside company to handle our condos. We have no idea who this is. Is this legal?

Quite possible (in my view), depending upon what your
condo bylaws may provide for in regard to this issue.
