Confessed Judgement in Virginia
I want to know how to answer a 21 days answer for a confessed judgement? The front page refers to''response is made by filling in the Clerk's office of the court, a pleading in writing, in proper legal form, the allegations and charges may be taken as admitted and the court may enter an order of judgement? Is ther a format or template I can use to answer the court?
