Contract Dispute
Is there any legal stipulation that nullifys a legal contract based on falsification of facts by one party involved in the contract. Please mention if there is a timeline in reference to the contract.

If you are claiming that there was fraud involved in inducing the contract then you may sue to cancel it (plus any damages).
