Contracts
If a rental company breaks its own contract (like does not inspect equipment it rents you before letting you rent it and is stated on contract) can you be held to rest of contract? Please help

Whether a rental company actually failed to do what it was required to do under its rental contract and thereby committed a material breach of the contract sufficient to release the other party from its contractual obligations, would be a question of fact for a judge or jury if the matter ended up in court. (Consequently, much more information and relevant background facts would be required, including an opportunity to review the document itself, in order to answer this question in any reliable manner.)
