Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

Contracts, Terms and Conditions, Business Structure for Internet

I am currently in the process of building an online professional social network. I have programmers developing my site according to my specifications. I need to develop contracts that specify that all work done for my company will be owned by my company and that no one can use any of the work or information outside of the company. I also need to setup all the policies, terms and conditions for the site once finished. I need to copyright and trademark site and I may need to change my business structure from LLC to INC. I am looking for someone who has experience with internet law and could help and advise me with all aspects of setting up everything I would need for a internet business. Thank You
