Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Copyright, Trademark, Patent Infringement?
I have a product idea that combines two well established beverages among other ingredients. If I were to market this product would it be, in any way, an infringement on their already established product lines?

Yes, it could very well be(in my admittedly less than expert opinion), but for a more reliable assessment, I would suggest that you arrange for a consultation with an attorney who regularly practices in the area of intellectual property law and who should be able to further advise you on this particular issue.
