Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Use of a Copyrighted product
I am interested in using a number of brand name products in the assembly of my own product, for example the use of Advil or Tylenol or Band-Aids in a first aid kit. Is this legal or is it an infringement on the copyright or trademark?

Re: Use of a Copyrighted product
I would doubt that this kind of use would represent an actionable infringement but you might wish to consult an attorney who is knowledgeable and experienced regarding intellectual
property law for further advice on this matter.
