I own a corporation with one other person. That person dissolved the corporation without my knowledge or consent and kept all the money. What legal route could I take?

Re: corporation
Assuming that substantial amounts of money are involved in this matter with a goodly share of it provably belonging to you, I'd say that you're probably looking at retaining an attorney with expertise as a civil litigator to file a lawsuit in your behalf in the appropriate circuit court.
