A warrent in debt is filed in the General District Court, and the jurisdictional limit is $25,000. You would have to file in the Circuit Court or reduce the amount requested (exclusive of interest and attorney fees) to $25,000.
The amount owed you is high enough to make it worthwhile filing, although with construction claims there may be quality issues that eat up $$ exploring.
