Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
court garnishment summons
I was hired by owner of a company to do a job, he didn't pay so took to court and was awarded judgment in order to issue garnishment summons can i make it out to him personally since he is the owner of company or do I have to make it out to the company name directly? He signed the job ticket acknowledging the work was complete as well as the amount owed.

You would likely need to serve the judgment defendant. Not clear whehter you worked for him personally or the company.
