Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
The dealer that I bought my car from moved about 65 miles away and my car is still under warranty, since I bought the vehicle I been having issues�..took the car back to him about 7 or 8 times, on each time he abuses the situation by holding my car for much longer period that he promised�..last one was for 4 weeks, during which he was telling me that he replaced the transmission and waiting on the delivery of the car computer from the dealer�.after 4 weeks (last Friday) he asked me to pick my car and that he didn�t do anything to it�..please let me know if I have a case?

If a used car, whatever remedies you have on the warranty should still be pursuable for enforcement in court.
If purchased new, you should have the above, as well as, possibly, the remedies
afforded you under the Virginia Lemon Law statutes.
