Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Can I deliver food to people for a profit? I was trying to start a business where people called me and asked for food from any fast food place and I deliver it for a profit. Is that legal?

Depending upon the locality (or localities) involved, there could be a requirement that you obtain a special permit or license from or register your business with the particular city and/or county where you plan to operate your business.( If there is a "Doctor Delivery" type service in the jurisdiction where you plan to operate, chances are that whatever is required of them in terms of a license or permit to operate their business there would also apply to you for your service.)
