Employee rights
My Company is forcing all employees to either take a day off (using personal leave) or go without pay, for a day next month--name removed--The reason is that the company is not doing too well financially--name removed--Is this legal inVA--name removed--If not, can we do anything about it and how--name removed--I work for a pvt company--name removed--not public ltd)

Quite legal, and unless the company employees are protected by an employment contract which would prohibit such action by the employer, my answer to your subsequent question would be, no(except to look for another job, of course).
