Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
can my employer talk to other employees about my days out for sickness. I have fatty liver disease, high bp, high cholesterol, and other issues. I work in a school and the principal has been questioning the teacher that i work with about my private information. That central office wants him to address the many days i have been out sick.
