Employment Question
Is my employer required by law to pay
me for my earned vacation days if I
resign from my position? He payed a
male coworker for his a few years ago,
and I am female.

No, Virginia employers, are under no legal obligation to compensate employees for either sick
leave or vacation time accrued.
