How do I file for a wrongful termination suit, I am currently being threatened with being fired for something I have not and my manager states that 'life sometimes happens that way.' Help?

Since the Commonwealth is numbered among those 40 or so states
known as employment at will jurisdictions, meaning, an employee can
be fired from his job without recourse for almost any reason that doesn't
violate federal anti-discrimination laws, unless you're currently
working under a valid contract which offers you protection from dismissal
for the situation described, I regret to report that you are likely without
a remedy.
