I am a freelancer signed a contract for a Saas company because I anticipated a project that would pay for it. Due to an episode of major depression, I lost the client/project. I continue to struggle to find work to simply pay my bills, as I go through treatment & try to get on the other side of this. This episode hit a bad place about a week or two after signing the Saas contract, so I tried to terminate it & was told I could not. I tried to stay optimistic about making the extra $1,750, but they continue to harass me-calling me unprofessional & ridiculous- despite my honesty & transparency.
