Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Garnishments
I was ordered a judgement against a client who didn't pay their bill now I'm told in order to collect the monies to file a garnishment of his/company wages... the problem is the form says I have to know his bank info how would I be able to get that? What other alternatives do I have to collect the amount is $1275 plus court costs plus another $70 to file the garnishment that he wouldn't have to pay me for

Re: Garnishments
You don't need all bank account info to garnish wages, you just need to file the proper paperwork and serve the employer. You can also do interrogatories to the debtor to try to get bank account info. You may have the info if client wrote you any checks previously.
