Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
Can a general partner resign from his postion and dissociate himself from the partnership? There are currently five partners and there is no contract that was signed upon formation of the partnership.

"A partner has the right to dissociate himself at any time, rightfully
or wrongfully, by his express will, pursuant to subsection 1 of Sec. 50-73-109"
(Code of Virginia). Va. Code Sec. 50-73-110.
