Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
I hauled a load of produce from WA to VA, the reciever rejected the load due to decay. the broker wants the load delivered 400 miles away. Am i obligated to to this at Their offer or can I charge A different rate? Or can I refuse and ask for the broker to provide another truck?

Hard to say(in my opinion), without knowing precisely what terms governed your original agreement with the broker.
