if i was hurt on the job from lifting boxes on the job on the 12 of august but hurted all the way till the 17th of august and then was seen by a specailist because i wanted to make sure it was serious and it was so i told her on the last week of august that i was hurt from work lifting the boxes i asked her could i file a claim she told me it was to late and it would go against the company and the store thats a lie right

Yes, if that's what you were told in regard to filing a workman's compensation claim for having been injured on your job. (You have two years to file from the date of your injury but as a general rule, the sooner that your claim is filed, the better (for you if not for your employer).
