What to include for a contract for purchasing a Logo
I am working on a contract for aquiring all the rights for a logo we are purchasing from a designer. Please help me with some of the things i need to include to make sure that the design is original and my company would own all rights.

This is not something you can do yourself, safely, with "advice" from a computer, or from a lawyer online that you have never met. You need to retain a lawyer, provide all the information to him/her, and have the lawyer do appropriate due diligence and draft an appropriate agreement.
