Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia
I am interested in forming a youth group in our community similar to that of girl scouts. Is there a need for incorporation? or what "legal aspects " should i be aware of?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say a corporation, or even better, a nonprofit, is something to seriously consider. There are so many legal aspects that one could almost write a book. So, consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
