internet fraud
I purchased a dog off the internet and the person never sent me the dog. Is there anyway to get the money back?

Yes. Ask for the money back and if that does not work sue. You may or may not get you money.

You should attempt to get your money back from the seller. However, if such person has disappeared,or you believe that you have been the victim of a scam, you should contact the Internet Fraud Complaint Center.
