how legit are cleaning franchises,i recently purchased a franchise but it seems the contracts are under bid and i sense a lot of lies within this company, does any one have similar problems with these companies like jan pro? jani king?vanguar?i feel like i am being ripped off....what are the general dos and donts about this companies?
