help

i joined gym. person who did interview didnot make clear that payment is bi weekly or monthly but in contract it says bi weekly. now i am stuck with them for good. they said only out would be re location 50 miles away from gym

Did you read the contract before signing?

Also, what do you mean stuck "for good"? The contract must have an end point--1 year perhaps, PROVIDED, you give termination notice correctly. Please read the contract carefully and ask someone for help if you do not fully understand all the details.
